Enterprises Secures Justice in International Contract Dispute
In significant legal achievement, our law firm successfully represented Empire Enterprises in an international sales contract dispute against Tong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. The case concerned the seller’s failure to deliver the full contracted quantity of steel, dated September 2, 2025.
The contract stipulated the delivery of 80 tons of goods on FOB terms from Tianjin Port. However, upon arrival, a substantial short weight was discovered, causing significant financial impact to our client. Despite attempts at resolution, the seller refused to rectify the breach.
Our team initiated formal legal proceedings, meticulously presenting the case based on the contract terms and applicable international trade law. The court ruled in favor of Empire Enterprises, holding the seller liable for the short delivery and awarding appropriate damages and costs.
This successful litigation underscores the critical importance of robust contractual enforcement in cross-border trade. It also demonstrates our firm’s expertise in navigating complex international commercial disputes and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients. We remain committed to providing vigorous legal representation to businesses facing contractual breaches worldwide.
