Helping client successfully refund payment

Our client, Italy company purchased chemical from supplier from Shijiazhuang in 2020, however after received cargos, they found serious quality issues and shortage of goods, loses were about two million CNY. After we accepted this case, we found that this supplier through fake quality certificate and B/L, involving of fraud case. Then attorney pursued criminal procedure against the criminals.
