Initiate litigation on behalf of European client

In an international dispute over the sale of goods, in the case of a foreign arbitration clause, the dispute was finally settled efficiently and fast by bringing a lawsuit in China court. In an international goods sales transaction between our client as the buyer and a Chinese enterprise as the seller, the goods sold by the seller were destroyed by the customs because goods did not conform to the European standards. The dispute settlement arbitration clauses agreed in the dispute contract are more complex by arbitration. Based on the consideration of cost and efficiency, we have conducted several rounds of effective communication with the seller after successfully starting the court proceedings.
