Negotiation Settlement for Trailer Product Dispute
In late December 2025, the buyer placed order for several stainless-steel food trailers with kitchen equipment based on the signed quotation sheet. After the goods arrived at the destination port, the buyer conducted full inspection and found multiple serious specification mismatches against the agreed contract standards. Key non-compliance issues included defective water circulation systems, non-standard EU electrical fittings, which made the trailer unable to meet local food business operation demands.
The buyer immediately entrusted our law firm to conduct targeted negotiations with the manufacturer. The legal representative submitted full inspection records, contract clauses and product comparison evidence to prove the supplier failed to deliver goods matching confirmed specifications. During multiple rounds of communication, our lawyers pointed out the supplier’s fundamental breach of contract and the huge operational losses the defective trailer.
To avoid lengthy court lawsuit and additional shipping costs, both sides reached settlement. The manufacturer admitted its production errors and agreed to fully compensation. The two parties signed settlement agreement to confirm the compensation, and all relevant trade disputes arising from this order were completely resolved without further litigation. The buyer is satisfying for our legal services.
