Our lawyers successfully handled case through exit restriction measures

When handling debt case, our lawyers found that debtor who is a party to the case may leave the country to avoid legal liability. We immediately applied to the court, to request the court to decide to restrict the debtor’s exit according to law, in case the case ruling cannot be enforced after it takes effect. The court adopted the lawyer’s request and decided to restrict the debtor’s exit according to law. When passing the border inspection, the border inspectors found that he had been restricted from leaving the country by the decision of the people’s court, and then he was not allowed to leave the country. The debtor finally made the payment on his own initiative to settle the case.
