We represented client for M&A project in Malaysia. We participated in the whole negotiation of the project to help both sides reduce their differences and design a reasonable transaction structure: the Chinese side divested the target assets by establishing new subsidiaries, and finally completed the acquisition of the target projects, products, production lines and personnel by acquiring new subsidiaries.
