Settle dispute of sales of machine

In recently, our law firm has successfully settled the dispute of international purchase machine dispute. Client as buyer purchased the machines from Chinese supplier. For the payment term of L/C, both parties had dispute during the performance of contract. At last, the supplier did not deliver the goods. Buyer pursued legal assistance from our law firm. After our lawyer attended, and took legal actions against the supplier. Finally, the supplier delivered the goods to buyer accordingly. Client is satisfied with the result of case.
