Settled international commercial dispute

In 2023, the French buyer purchased the medical apparatus from the Chinese supplier. After the buyer received the good, they found the bad performance of the equipments, and functional test was bad, so requested the supplier to fix the problems. However, the supplier did not agree it’s the quality problems. This occurred huge damages to the buyer and hurt their reputation. After we accepted the case, we contacted with the supplier, serious informed the situation, and potential risks for them, took several negotiations. Within one month, the supplier agreed to compensate the loses of buyer. Both parties reached settlement peacefully. We are happy that client can settle dispute with the minimum cost.
