SPC releases new standards for case information management
The Supreme People’s Court (SPC) has issued revised standards for the management of case information in courts, in a bid to strengthen the foundation for digital court development.
As a key framework guiding how courts nationwide collect and manage case information, the revised standards are designed to align judicial data practices with evolving legal, technological and administrative needs.
This revision enhances the comprehensive, scientific and standardized management of case information. It incorporates information needs of various adjudication departments, reflects ongoing judicial reforms and builds upon the practical experience accumulated in digital court development at all levels.
