Successful tackle the dispute of seizure property issue

Our client purchased the cargo from supplier in China, and paid the supplier about one million USD according to contract, and the cargo were stored at the sea port, and under the control of supplier. However, due to the disputes of supplier itself, and according to the third party application, the court seized the cargo by court verdict. After we accepted the trust from buyer, we intervened in, and informed the court that our client had paid the cargo, so our client is the owner of the cargo. These cargos do not belong to supplier. According to our request, the court revoked the verdict, and judged that our client had rights to handle cargos.
