Successfully recovered arrears

Our firm helped a large enterprise to recover large amount of money owed by buyer. The original bill of lading involved is still in the hands of the supplier as shipper, but the buyer took the goods at the port of destination without paying the balance. In terms of the strategy for solving this dispute, after analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the lawsuit filed against the buyer in accordance with the contract and against vessel for release cargo without bill of lading, we decided to file an infringement lawsuit against the shipping company in maritime court. At the same time, on behalf of the client, we conducted serious negotiations with related parties involved. In the end, our client received all one million CNY balance payments.
