Successfully refund cargo payment

In April 2022, our client from Turkey purchased chemical products from Shijiazhuang city. After supplier received the bank payment of 120,000 usd as deposit, the supplier demanded higher prices claimed that the raw material price was high. Buyer did not accept it, and requested the supplier to refund payment. The supplier did not refund it. After our law firm accepted the case, informed buyer that according to international law or Chinese law, the supplier shall deliver the goods according to agreement, otherwise the supplier shall refund payment with loses. And we negotiated with supplier, and informed their serious result of violation of law, and demanded to refund payment. After the negotiation, the supplier refunded the payment, successfully settle dispute.
