Successfully settle delivery dispute

In May 2021, Australian International AM trading company as buyer purchased machines from supplier in China, because the price of raw materials is high this year, the supplier wanted to change the contract, and change the price, under the premise of changing of Chinese policy. Under this situation, the buyer did not believe the supplier, then dispute occurred. Client entrusted our lawyer to settle it.

After we checked the contract, in the contract, both parties agreed the price, CIF term. And the deliver time is 30 days after receiving the deposit. However, the supplier received the deposit, but did not ship the cargos according to agreement. Our attorneys contacted with supplier, informed that we had power to settle this dispute on behalf client. And after one week of negotiation, at last the supplier delivered the cargos to buyer. This case was settled by International Trade Department of law firm.
