Successfully settled international trade dispute
In recently, our law firm successfully settled international trade dispute. The Canadian buyer purchased machines form the Anhui construction company as supplier. After the buyer made the deposit 200,000 usd, the supplier requested the buyer to pay taxes 70,000 usd. The buyer did not agree for the extra fees. The supplier refused to ship the machines. So the dispute occurred. After the buyer entrusted our law firm for solving the case, our attorney started to contact with the supplier, after several negotiations, the supplier did not charge for the taxes again, and ship the machines to buyer on time.
