Successfully settle hack email dispute
In January 2022, European Buyer purchased machines from Chinese supplier, during business discussion, the email of supplier had been hacked, and the hacker sent fake bank account to buyer. After buyer paid into this fake bank account in China, and did not receive reply from supplier. Then client entrusted our law firm to settle it, after we accepted this case, and traced the information of recipient, and demanded the recipient to refund the payment because of unjust enrichment. After several letters, the recipient refunded the buyer all payment. Client is very satisfied with this result.
