Win the international trade dispute case

In September 2020, our client from US reached contract with supplier for equipment, and US Company as buyer paid the supplier 80,000 usd according to contract. However, because the rising the raw material issues, the supplier did not deliver the goods and asked the cancel the contract. So the dispute occurred. After the buyer entrusted our law firm to present the case in court, we claimed the loses for the price difference. Since the supplier as defendant violated contract, buyer had to purchase same goods from other supplier, the price is high. In the court, we claimed the loses. We prepared the repurchase contract, invoice, bank payment, these were full evidence. At last, the judge agreed our claim, and judged the defendant to compensate the loses and interest in this case. Client was satisfying with the result of this case.
