World praise China’s judicial digitization

Hosted by the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) of China, the Forum on the Rule of Law in the Digital Economy was held on May 26 both online and offline in Beijing and Hangzhou, East China’s Zhejiang province. Representatives from 15 countries, regions and international organizations attended the forum via video link, discussing topics such as the application and regulation of digital technology in the judicial field, the judicial response to legal issues related to the digital economy, and the innovation and reform of litigation models in the digital era. The forum was highly praised by attendees who were impressed by China’s achievements in promoting judicial digitization and smart court development.
