International commercial dispute settled by court

In May 2023, our client purchased huge electronic equipment from the Zhejiang Company as supplier, after receiving the goods by our client, found serious quality issues, and requested the supplier for compensations. The supplier argued that the equipment had been inspected as good quality before shipping, so they do not agree for any compensation. On behalf of client, we started the lawsuit against the supplier in China court immediately, and submitted sufficient evident for certifying the quality issue of goods. After the court hearing, the court accepted our opinion of the quality issue, and judged the supplier for compensating for the lose of the business and interests of the trade. The client is satisfying for the result of the dispute.
