Win case of construction project dispute

Our client as a constructor for the construction project, faced the lawsuit by individual claiming the loses of accident. After we analyzed the relationship between each party, we consider that our client did not have contract relationship with the plaintiff, nor did tort act. At last, the court accepted our opinion and rejected the claim of plaintiff.
