Successful settled trade dispute

Our client purchased foil roll from supplier for 100 tons, after paid the 30% deposit to supplier, the supplier requested higher price for the reason of market higher price. So buyer did not agree with the supplier and trusted our law firm to handle it.

After our law firm accepted the case, by analyzed the facts and law in the case, we consider that the supplier violated the contract, and shall refund he payment to supplier accordingly to law. And by quick action, we brought lawsuit in court for claiming refunds and lose in this case. After the court registered this case, and heard this case, and gave opinions that the supplier violated the contract. Soon, the supplier obeys the order of court, and refunds the full payment and huge loses to our clients. Client is satisfied with the result of this case and expressed that trusted the law of China.
