Successfully settled vessel design contract dispute   

Engineer Design Company provided vessel design service for the factory, after the Engineer Design Company finished the project, however the factory did not pay the design service fee accordingly. Then the Engineer Design Company entrusted our law firm to sue the factory in court. The factory argued that the project did not have good performance. However, we arranged the lists of evidence in court, certify that the project can fulfill the main functions according to both parties agreement. At last, the court adopted our opinion, and judged the factory to pay all the service fees to our clients. And our client received the payment at last.
