Settle dispute of delivering of cargos

In September 2023, our client from Egypt purchased the steel tubes for about 215,000 usd from Jiangsu factory. In the contract, both parties agreed the cargo quality, quantity and negotiated the price, and delivery time. However, after our client paid 30% of the deposit to the factory, the factory raised the prices, argued of high price of raw materials. After we attorney involved in this case, and negotiated with the factory, informed their serious violation of contract. The factory at last performed their obligations for delivering of cargos according to the original prices.
