Successfully settled international dispute

In July 2023, from Alibaba platform, our client from Italy purchased the components and parts of truck from Shandong supplier for total of 150,000 usd. But after our client received the products, found that the only half of the products had been received. After we accepted the case, and negotiated with the supplier and the factory in this case for solving this case, at last, the supplier admitted their wrong conducts and refunded the payments for the loses of products.
