Win commercial case involving of the quality issue

The client purchased solar panels in 2023, about two million CNY, after received the products, buyer found the products were not conforming to contract. After we involved in this case, we arrange buyer to entrust Inspection Company for investigation of goods. In the court procedure, even the defendant refused of admitting quality issue, the evidence of inspection report let the judge believe the statement of buyer. We achieved satisfied result at end.
We suggest to client when the goods arrive at the destination port, proceed on inspection before the customs clearance is completed. If there are quality or quantity issues, apply the customs to issue inspection report. The process of opening, unloading, and inspecting the goods should be recorded in the presence of third-party inspection company, and video and photo files should be kept for future using in court.
