In the case of disputes over contracts for the international sale of goods, our law firm sued on behalf of a French company in the first instance, requiring the defendant to bear the liability for breach of contract caused by the failure to deliver goods on time. There were three cases related to this case, with a total target of nearly 3 million yuan. In the process of settlement of this case, mediation was conducted jointly. The parties voluntarily reached a mediation intention, and the case was settled through mediation. The plaintiff received the payment.
